At Black Sheep Gifts, all body jewelry sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and out of respect for the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, change of mind, or incorrect purchases.

We strongly encourage customers to double-check gauge sizes, diameters, and lengths before placing an order. If you need help choosing the right size, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help before you buy.

Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
